I started a food journal yesterday. There’s a place for set calorie and how many calories each thing you eat is, but I’m just leaving in blank. The whole purpose of this food journal is just so I can see my eating habits and eventually cut out or eat less of the unhealthy things I eat and more of the healthy things. Oh and my abs are more sore than they have ever been before
Bought a bathing suit today. While I was trying it on I felt so disgusting. My legs looked huge and I have so much cellulite. I literally wanted to cry.
So I really want to lose 10-15 pounds by June. But I’m not sure if Ill be able to stay motivated for 4 months, especially with work and school
Just had the greatest workout ever!! And it was even better cause i got to do it at home. Feel so good!!
